Last week, the Tugi Tark team joined the global iGaming community at SBC Summit in Lisbon. The event brought together operators, platform providers, affiliates, payments experts, and startups into an impressive venue, creating an atmosphere buzzing with energy, creativity, and forward-thinking ideas. From marching bands to live performances on the expo floor, it was an event unlike any other we’ve attended this year, and the conversations were just as dynamic.
Early Access to our AI Sandbox
Over the course of three packed days, we met with dozens of companies, including operators, platform providers, and BPOs. Each conversation brought fresh perspectives on the challenges and opportunities in player support. These conversations led to a group of operators and a BPO to begin testing our AI Sandbox, set to launch next week.

And yes, even the food was fantastic! But what truly set the conference apart was the energy: statues, dance numbers, and even marching bands turned the expo floor into a celebration of creativity and connection.
