At the end of May, the Tugi Tark team travelled to Malta for NEXT Valletta, held 27–28 May in the historic capital city of Valletta. Tugi Tark's CEO and Business Development Manager spent two days meeting with operators, partners, and industry professionals from across iGaming.
Before the conference opened, the team met with partners and attended the AI Match Sessions Sunset Edition, a networking evening hosted by Profit Matches and supported by Tugi Tark as a core partner. It brought operators and suppliers together for intimate networking ahead of the main event.
Once NEXT Valletta itself got underway, the team moved into meetings with operators, partners, and stakeholders, with conversations consistently centred on support operations, player experience, and where the industry is heading next. A highlight of those conversations was the unveiling of Tugi Tark's new public casino demo environment. For the first time, operators could test the AI agent directly from the player side, working through a realistic casino setting rather than watching a walkthrough. The response from attendees was positive, with operators expressing interest in exploring how the AI agent could work within their own support operations.
Malta remains one of the more important stops on the iGaming calendar, and this year reinforced why. Tugi Tark left NEXT Valletta with new connections, and the team is looking forward to the next stop on the calendar.
