From May 19–20, Tugi Tark made its debut at the AffPapa Madrid Conference. Representing our team was our Business Development and Partnership Manager, who spent two days connecting with operators, potential partners, and the wider iGaming community.
While AffPapa is traditionally known as an affiliate-focused event, it gave us a great opportunity to engage with a broader mix of industry professionals and catch up on the latest trends and challenges shaping the iGaming ecosystem.
Compared to larger industry exhibitions, AffPapa Madrid offered a more intimate, unhurried networking setting. This environment made networking feel more deliberate, and gave attendees the chance to have real, quality conversations instead of rushing between brief, back-to-back meetings.
For Tugi Tark, this meant having productive discussions with operators and affiliates who are focused on improving the player experience.
A core objective for Tugi Tark going into Madrid was exploring potential new partnerships. Throughout the event, we spoke with operators who are looking at how tailored customer service AI software can help them manage growth, boost player retention, and improve their overall support operations.
These conversations reinforced there is a growing demand for AI-powered tools that help operators deliver faster, more effective player support.
As for our first time attending, the event made it a worthwhile addition to our event calendar.
We leave Madrid with new connections, fresh perspectives, and exciting partnership opportunities to explore.
