Last week, the Tugi Tark team attended the inaugural SiGMA Central Europe Conference, held for the first time in the historic city of Rome. The event brought together iGaming professionals from around the world, marking an exciting expansion for SiGMA into a new and promising regional hub.
Hosted in a large, impressive venue, SiGMA Central Europe featured a diverse lineup of companies, many of which were new faces for the Tugi Tark team. The atmosphere was energetic, filled with conversations about innovation, collaboration, and the future of customer service in iGaming.
A Strong Networking Experience
For Tugi Tark, the conference proved to be both productive and insightful. Our team spent the event connecting with dozens of industry professionals, visiting nearly every stand across the expo to discuss partnership and integration opportunities. Despite slightly fewer attendees than anticipated, the show delivered a high-quality networking experience, one that allowed for meaningful discussions and valuable new introductions.
These interactions were especially significant for our team, as many participants we connect with represented companies from the CIS and Asia regions, offering a fresh perspective on the evolving iGaming landscape.
Demonstrating the Future of Player Support
At our meetings, the Tugi Tark team showcased how our AI Agent can autonomously resolve more than 80% of incoming player tickets, delivering fast and natural interactions that reflect each brand’s tone and personality.
